Workshop #2 Principles

How were the draft project principles developed? 

As the design team completes the fact-finding phases of the project, and we begin to refocus our energy towards Visioning and Design, we are sharing draft project principles with you. These principles have been developed in conjunction with your feedback, in its many forms, as well as the team’s findings so far. 

How will the project principles be used?

The beginning of the next project phase, Phase 4: Visioning, is about testing ideas and actions that are rooted in the things we have learned so far. Shared principles will help guide this process, helping us all stay true to what we think is important for the future of Franklin Park and the things we want to achieve together.  These will become more specific through testing and design study in the upcoming phase.

We hope you will take some time to review these and respond with your feedback via Mini-Poll #2. The poll will be open through early August. At that time, we will share the results, including an updated version of these principles to reflect what we’ve heard.
